[3.3.x] Support Forum • Notifications not sent

Hi,

Since 24 hours, my forum does not send email notifications when there is a new post on a suject.

I did not change anything on my forum configuration that could explains the problem.

I check my config, notifications are activated and email config is correct. I receive emails to inform me about new registrations.

I deleted the cache without any change.

I know that these emails are "stored" in a queue.php file in cache/production folder. The problem is that this file queue.php is not present in this folder, while queue.php.lock is present.
Even if I make a test to create a new notification and so a new email, the queue.php file is not created...

Any idea ? Which process/function creates queue.php file ?
