I would like the ability for a nice 'New Topic' button to sit anywhere on the board, not just within a forum. For example, land on the home page - here is a new topic button.
The user can then create a new topic as normal, but it would have an additional drop down to select which forum to post it into.
Background - loads of users are used to Facebook, X etc. that have a really easy way to post - a post box sits at the top of the screen in these apps at all time.
You would be surprised at how many times I get asked by people how to make a new post.
