Greetings,That's the reason why it is not working.when I click on the link, it sends me the 404 error "the page you are looking for does not exist"
Someone else had similar issue and managed to fix it, perhaps that person can provide more details.
It's possible that one of your installed extensions blocking those calls but I'm not familiar with them.
Id your forum self-hosted or you're using phpbb hosting services? If latter you may want to reach their support and ask for help.
I understand. I use phpBB hosting server on Linux platform. Could you point me to the user who solved this problem?
