[3.3.x] Support Forum • Copy and transplant membership database to another forum

My forum is damaged, I think, beyond repair.

I don't know how this has happened, it's now impossible to be log in, impossible to register as the Captcha code is not visible, and log in pages lead to Error 500! Messages etc

Restoring a backup doesn't change the broken links.

I have a few questions:

1) it is fixable?

2) does anyone want to give me a price for fixing it if it is?

3) if the forum is beyond repair, can I retrieve my membership list and transplant it into a rebuilt forum?

I have a thousand members and everyone wants to get back into our chatroom.

Although I built the site, my co admin is the coder. I have zero knowledge off MySQL databases etc.

However, his father is very ill and I don't want to bother him at this difficult time..
