I changed webhost this time rather than pay the extortionate renewal rate and moved to a very cheap plan at Stablehost. Much cheaper than the likes of Bluehost, Dreamhost etc but their email limit is very low.
I had to set email restriction as follows:
Email package size: 9
Maximum allowed email recipients: 1
When I use mass email I un-check 'Send immediately' and use 'normal' priority. When I tried the default setting of send immediately it did not work.
Apart from the email hassle at Stablehost I have no other gripes and it saved me a lot of money.
