[3.3.x] Support Forum • Resizing Banner

I know there is hundreds of posts on related subject but that is the problem,
I have to spend probably hours to find one line answer, so please bare with me.

I have banner I want but all I can see is left top corner of 930 x160px size.
One line answer will be making my Puppy, who can't wait to get outside, very happy.
