Please describe your problem. Have downloaded the latest version of WAMP and phpBB3.0.0. I am loading this older version to my desktop so that I can practice doing an upload to 3.3.14 before attempting to do the upgrade to a production board on a commercial server that I help support.

. I have uninstalled and reinstalled both WAMP amd phpBB3.0.0 several times and always get the same error. I have followed the installation instructions about changing file attributes and am the computer Administrator.Table 'phpbb3.phpbb_acl_groups' doesn't exist
