You can check IP's per post, there is even a list of other IP's the user posted from. How else are you going to identify other than user ID?Checking the registration IP isn’t helpful in this case, as the original account was created quite some time ago.
Download your access files for relevant dates. Open with notepad++(other text editors should have similar features). Open access file and then open the search dialogue box. Switch to mark tab on dialogue box, put check next to bookmark line and then search for the IP. Repeat for other IP's. In the upper left tunder search menu bookmark >> Remove Non-Bookmarked lines
