The extension needs to allow the input of a numeric post count minimum to where the Newly Registered Users group must use Spambot Countermeasures for all enabled posting features. This includes but not limited to posting on forum, contact page, or any other enabled textarea input, or form completion.
Needs to have a enable/disable extension option as well as any extra group permissions necessary to accomplish the task.
